Summary: HB 3027
promotes entrepreneurship in Oregon by supporting the development of a
statewide infrastructure.
HB 3027, otherwise known as the Targeted Small Business Opportunity Act
of 2007, amends ORS 285A.346 to include additional
funding for services to disadvantaged entrepreneurs and infrastructure
for Microenterprise development in distressed rural and urban areas.
